If you are looking to hire, do not write to us at all: every listing carries its own quote request, and sending that is faster than anything we could do for you by email.
Corrections and removals
It is a real mailbox on the saunaindex.ca domain and it reaches a person, not a ticket queue. There is no form on this site and no account to create; a plain email with the business name and what is wrong is the whole process.
The SaunaIndex Bench is a small editorial team, not a support desk, so expect a reply in days rather than minutes. Removals asked for by an owner are actioned first.
How do I request a correction or removal?
Email corrections@saunaindex.ca. No account, no form. If a SaunaIndex listing has the wrong phone number, address, category or details, or you own a business and want its record corrected or taken down, send us the business name and what needs fixing, and we correct or remove the record. Accuracy across all 39 listings depends on exactly these messages, and a removal request from an owner is honoured, not argued with.
Have this ready, because it is what makes a request actionable on the first reply:
- The exact business name as it appears on this site, and the link to its profile page.
- What is wrong: the phone number, the address, the category, the service area, or the whole record.
- What it should say instead, if you are asking for a correction rather than a removal.
- Whether you own or work for the business, which decides how fast a removal can be actioned.
