“I've been using the cold plunge for about three years now, and I believe I was part of the initial group of customers when they first launched. I can honestly say they stand behind their product. Early on, I experienced an issue with the chiller, and the owner personally called me and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made sure the issue was resolved. Since then, the system has been a great investment, and I'll continue to support this company.…”

“I can’t say enough about how incredible Coldture is. Cold plunging has changed my life and buying my chiller from Coldture was a great decision. Their customer service department is incredible, and I have to say thank you to the team at Coldture - especially Cody - for the way they handled my chiller situation. “The website and marketing materials look professional and enticing, but the product doesn't live up to the promise. I'm now on my second unit after the first arrived damaged during shipping. Shipping issues happen and it actually worked for a couple months before the compressor and other components stopped working. Within a few weeks of receiving the replacement, multiple components like the motherboard, compressor and pump all failed again despite minimal use. The screen interface is counterintuitive, and the Android app doesn't function properly, so I had to download a…”

“I got a great deal on this plunge at the home show. Lee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided some additional insight. He put a lot of time into making sure the delivery went smoothly.The delivery was tricky due to the nature of my house but they got it in and it was super easy for me to set up. I had my first plunge last night and I am certain that I make the right decision to buy the tub. I highly recommend this company…”
