We could not tell. We did not read enough of Sauna Specialist Inc.'s own website to say whether it installs this equipment, sells it, or both. That is a gap in our record, not a finding about the business. Ask them.
We do not check licences, insurance, ESA electrical permits or WSIB coverage, we do not inspect finished work, and we do not visit or contact these businesses. Where a company's own website describes its work, we say so and nothing more.

“It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Stephanie helped with my order and delivery was very smooth. There was a problem with a part but Stephanie was quick to send me replacement parts. Sauna Specialists are also an authorized dealer of Harvia so don’t bother going through other companies who act as middle men. Too bad I am building only one sauna but if I had to do it again, I would definitely order through Sauna Specialists again.”

“Pros: Sauna works great, no quality issues, good price. Cons: Sauna arrived with damages (chipped wood, splinters, cracks, etc.) and needed to be repaired before assembly, customer service was not helpful or friendly. Summary: Good quality sauna for the price, but would recommend looking elsewhere if possible.”

“Thanks, guys! This was an amazing experience! We finally got our barrel sauna! So, it was a good decision to go with the 10-foot sauna with the change room. The headrest and backrest are amazing! Thanks again!”
