What we checked
5 of 6 signals present on this record.
- Publishes a website
- Has a phone number on the public record
- Has 3 or more photos
- Publishes opening hours
- Has Google reviews
- Own website describes sauna or cold plunge work
Sells equipment. Complete Saunas and Steam's own website reads as a shop rather than a contractor, and says nothing about carrying out installation. Ask directly whether installation is arranged separately.
We do not check licences, insurance, ESA electrical permits or WSIB coverage, we do not inspect finished work, and we do not visit or contact these businesses. Where a company's own website describes its work, we say so and nothing more.

“Post sale support from one of the owners Frank was very genuine and personal. He helped me troubleshoot the unit without having to uninstall it and deliver it to his shop. He saved me a pile of dough from having to pay a 3rd Larry tech to fix it. Ended up just being a fuse I had to replace. Thanks again Frank.”
