Sells equipment. Saunacore Heater & Steamer Manufacturer's own website reads as a shop rather than a contractor, and says nothing about carrying out installation. Ask directly whether installation is arranged separately.

“I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of the sauna I purchased from Sauna Core. Despite spending $10,000 on a custom unit, the product arrived with several issues that reflect poor craftsmanship and subpar materials. The sauna’s construction was visibly flawed, with broken components upon delivery. The interior walls were made of thin, unfinished cedar, which lacked the proper attention to detail one would expect from a high-end product. The door handle was screwed in the wrong position resulting in breaking the door stopper (very thin cheap piece of wood)…”

“Oh sure you did. Of course your crappy staff would not admit to not responding. Avoid this company!! What a terrible and unprofessional business this is. Simply asked for some information on a sauna and some pricing and they said they could not do that without some sort of commitment. Awful experience!!”

“Anna at Saunacore provided us with great service and knowledge on the sauna heater we were looking for. We sent Anna a few pictures of a very old heater that desperately needed to be replaced. She quickly sent us spec sheets and a quote for a suitable replacement. We placed our order and within 1 week or 2 our order was ready for pick up. Great service, price and product. Once installed our customer was very impressed with the new sauna heater. Thanks Anna!”

“Silvana was wonderful, so responsive and helpful in designing our sauna. Although the shippers had some trouble in delivery, the sauna was packed in a way that no damage occurred. Building the sauna was easier than expected and the team at Saunacore were always available to answer our questions. We love the sauna and highly recommend Saunacore for both the product and the support team behind it!!”

“Had a technical question on an older sauna and tried calling. I was super impressed when the call was answered in person right away and when we explained the question, we were transferred to Frank who was very helpful. Hard to find customer service like that in this day of AI and otherwise.. It was much appreciated.”
