Sells equipment. Fenno Manufacturing Ltd's own website reads as a shop rather than a contractor, and says nothing about carrying out installation. Ask directly whether installation is arranged separately.
We do not check licences, insurance, ESA electrical permits or WSIB coverage, we do not inspect finished work, and we do not visit or contact these businesses. Where a company's own website describes its work, we say so and nothing more.

“Bought a WB30. After the second use we noticed the side bulging from the looks of poor welds. Fenno sent a 2 sentence response basically saying it was our fault. We followed all their instructions regarding install and use. Very disappointing. Edit: Instead of working with us to come up with a solution or let us know if the stove is safe, they just blamed us for improper use. We did not even get the sauna up to high heat, max room temp was 75C. The stove did not over…”

“My wife and I purchased a WB20 wood burning sauna stove in summer of 2016 in preparation for our sauna build. The stove performs superbly. It is designed and manufactured to a very high standard. The stove is very efficient and the burn rate is very controllable as well, we now use far less wood than ever before. Anyone who has kept a sauna at temperature knows how important this is. It was a pleasure purchasing the stove and a few other sauna items they had available and we feel…”

“Interesting little company. So very happy to take my money and provide me with a thermostat and timer. However days later was unwilling to work with me and return the unsed item.....then as we communicated back and forth commented on a misspelled word. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not a company to deal with.”
