Installation and build work. ThermaCraft's own website describes installing or building this equipment, so this profile describes it that way. We have not inspected any finished work.
We do not check licences, insurance, ESA electrical permits or WSIB coverage, we do not inspect finished work, and we do not visit or contact these businesses. Where a company's own website describes its work, we say so and nothing more.

“We had an excellent experience! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally. They were always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and provided clear, transparent pricing from day one. The quality of our sauna setup exceeded expectations. Their commitment to getting everything right really stood out. They do wonderful job in building high-quality wellness spaces that are both beautiful and functional. If you’re considering a custom sauna, home wellness area, or cold plunge installation, I highly recommend this team. The entire…”

“I've been looking for a custom sauna builder instead of a kit. The whole process from estimate to production is transparent and clear. I wanted to have an additional small area under the roof next to the sauna and a tiny entrance before entering the sauna itself for personal belongings, for more comfort and transition from the outside. The guys took the measurements and delivered very thorough and quality work. I also have LED lighting, a Wi-Fi controlled thermostat and a HARVIA electric heater. They also did the whole electrical…”

“The team from ThermaCraft installed a sauna in my basement that fits perfectly with the ceiling height. I wanted to avoid any gaps to prevent dust. I also appreciated that they handled the electrical work, which made the process easy on my side of things. I'm extremely satisfied with both the sauna and the quality of their workmanship. The materials used are solid and the construction is detailed to every detail and on top. There’s no noise coming from the benches, and everything is assembled and put together well.”

“I'm more than happy to write a review for the guys! They are a gem find! So, a few things about me and my needs. I'm an Eastern European, and sauna (we call it banya) is in our tradition. I searched the whole internet, but 99% of them were very similar. I wanted to have it more of a tradition-based, like a small house, with a roof, matching my backyard and made with thick, long wood cuts. There is nothing like this offered in the market, unfortunately. I'm so happy…”

“Roman and Alex are very responsible and take full ownership of their work. I really appreciate these traits in them. They also created a star ceiling in the sauna for me, which I had really wanted. It looks beautiful once the lights are dimmed, allowing for deeper concentration and relaxation.”
