Installation and build work. SONCE HOMES's own website describes installing or building this equipment, so this profile describes it that way. We have not inspected any finished work.
We do not check licences, insurance, ESA electrical permits or WSIB coverage, we do not inspect finished work, and we do not visit or contact these businesses. Where a company's own website describes its work, we say so and nothing more.

“We highly recommend Serge and his team at SONCE Homes. We recently remodelled the upper floor of our house - three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room as well as our staircase and powder room. From the first meeting with Serge we knew he was the right person for us. While we knew conceptually what we wanted he brought it to life and suggested a number of things that improved the layout and design. He helped us pick the finishes such as flooring and tiling and bathroom fixtures and…”

“Serge did an excellent job replacing the deck on my house with a beautiful new deck that will stand the test of time. He is very knowledgeable about what is required to build a deck according to the Ontario Building Code and successfully arranged and passed all the inspections required by the Town of East Gwillimbury. He was excellent on communication, always available by phone or text and sending me pictures of the construction progress as I was not on site. He used quality materials and he charged me a…”

“So glad we googled contractors and found Serge. Words cannot begin to describe how pleased we are with his quality of work, his positive attitude and his wonderful team. We had the staircase remodelled and it looks super, both elegant yet contemporary. When our renovations started I was determined to put a runner back on the stairs, and all Serge said was "you won't want to when you see the final product". I of course was very sceptical. But yes we have no runner on the beautiful staircase ascending to…”
